Led by Karen Jones, Iolite brings together experienced associates with expertise across organisational development, leadership, workforce transformation and Local Government Reorganisation (LGR). Karen has over 30 years' experience working across the public sector and, as Programme Director for Buckinghamshire Council's Local Government Reorganisation, has gone on to support councils across England through complex transformation programmes. Together, the Iolite team combines strategic thinking with practical delivery, ensuring cultural change is sustainable and delivers lasting benefits.
Leadership Development

Karen also provides one-to-one executive coaching for senior leaders, drawing on her extensive experience of leading complex transformation programmes and supporting leadership teams through significant organisational change.
