Mediation

In our work we see how often conflict undermines trust and respect across all relationships. We therefore provide workplace mediation as part of our offering. This part of our offering is either delivered as a one off requirement to meet a specific need or as part of a wider change programme.

Conflict resolution

Our clients request support in this area and we therefore offer a bespoke package of developmental support as well as directly working with individuals and communities of people in conflict.
